Had an appointment for an oil change. Waited for about one hour 15 minutes, which I feel is way too long. Was also quoted a price of $69 and change. Actual bill was $78 and change. Doesn’t seem like it should be hard to get the price right.

I was not happy with the service on my Terrain on April 24th. The log nuts were not replaced (McDonald's did not replace them during a previous service visit. Therefore, replacing them with aftermarket parts and a charge for the GM brand was offered, and I refused. I was also charged with attaching a small piece on the left panel, which had popped out. I had a previous problem with the panel popping out on my XT-6, and I wasn't charged. If you have any questions, please advise. Thanks.

The mechanic found the issue after hours of daunting searching, Steve kept me posted and even came in lower than expected cost. Very happy with y'alls service department.

In discovered sone paint damage on the upper left corner of the tailgate. It appears the someone backed into something or dropped something on the area where the paint damage is. I know I did not cause the damage and it was not there before the visit to have the truck serviced. Very disappointing.

Set up an appointment for oil change on my 2024 GMC Sierra for 12:15. I arrived about 5 minutes early. The staff member didn’t discuss any pricing just said oil change and tire rotation. I signed the paper and he told me they would get it in. I told him I was going to walk over to Nomis. Came back after and hour and a half to find out truck is still not done that it was on the hoist. Granted I understand that the appointment is tentative time I can see 15 minutes to a half hour. All said and done 2 hours and 15 minutes for tire rotation and oil change. When I pulled in there was 1 car ahead of me. Representative at the desk understood I was upset. Upset explained to her that the last two times I’ve been here it’s been the same thing. She gave me a $20 coupon for my oil change that’s the only reason i didn’t score it a 1.

Had a 7:30 am appointment. Took my vehicle in at 5:00pm day before. Spoke with service rep. Did all the paperwork and next day the mechanics didn’t even start on it until 1pm because they had to “finish one from day before. This happened last time I took it in too. Dropped off night before. Supposed to have an appointment first thing. They kept it for two days This time. Last time a week because of a transmission issue which should have been a GM recall due to the severity and safety of the problem. Not happy at all with the issues I’ve had with my 1 year old vehicle and the service I’ve received.

I wasn't very happy cause the reminder sticker that is placed on the upper left corner of windshield was not removed instead the new reminder was placed in the middle of the windshield also my headliner was smeared with oil stains this is the second time I've had a problem with stains on the headliner
